The gel sheets play a crucial role in ensuring effective muscle stimulation during your EMS training sessions. Over time, you may notice a decrease in the conduction performance or a loss of adhesiveness of the gel sheets. When this happens, it is time to replace them to maintain optimal results.

Each gel sheet can last for approximately 30 uses if properly used and maintained. To ensure longevity, it is recommended to clean and dry your skin before applying the gel sheets. After use, you can conveniently stick them back onto the cardboard packaging for safekeeping.

If you encounter any issues with the adhesiveness of the gel sheet or if it comes into contact with foreign matter, simply wipe the surface with water using your fingers. Afterward, allow the gel sheet to air dry in a ventilated place before reusing it.

Please note that the gel pads cannot be used separately without the host device. They are specifically designed as replacement gel pads for your ABS Muscle Stimulator.
